Job Description
Oversee and optimize the management of all rental assets across multiple national operations
Track real‑time asset utilization, movement, and availability using advanced inventory software (Flex Rental Solutions)
Analyze performance data to identify underperforming assets and drive cost efficiency
Strategically allocate equipment for upcoming events to maximize usage and minimize transport costs
Support asset acquisition and disposal, including purchasing decisions and negotiations
Manage asset budgets, depreciation tracking, and return‑on‑asset reporting
Partner with leadership on capital expenditure planning and financial forecasting
Assist in acquisitions and integration of newly acquired gear and facilities
Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and operational excellence
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in asset management (live event, production, or AV industry preferred)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in asset management systems; Flex Rental Solutions experience a plus
Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Willingness to travel nationally as needed
