What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls and chat for a public utility client
Leverage active listening and probing questions to deliver effective solutions
Maintain full availability to work various shifts, including at least one weekend day
Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers in a high-energy work-from-home environment
Utilize leading technologies and systems to support customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must live in the Chesapeake, VA area
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full-time availability
Strong problem-solving abilities and goal-oriented mindset
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and previous customer service experience

High school diploma or equivalent
