Overview

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.62/hr. This range is provided by Associated Bank. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. As a Customer Care Representative, you can look forward to: - Every Sunday off to spend time with family and friends - Eligibility for a $50 bonus for working Saturdays - Competitive language differential for bilingual English / Spanish speakers - Position may be eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour in compensation depending on hours worked - Onsite events and activities Responsibilities

Respond to customer’s telephone and e-mail inquiries. Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions. Utilize technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries. Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business. Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives. Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers. Education

High School Required Experience

Less than 2 years in customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales required Benefits
