ACES Engagement Specialist
As an ACES Engagement Specialist, you will support children and youth involved in the foster care system through case management and family finding. Using research, social media, and family connections, you will identify potential family or kin placement possibilities. You will also provide case management services to children, youth, and families in crisis to promote stabilization and link them to necessary community resources. The overall goal is to support the County in building lasting positive relationships for the children in care and providing services to the family unit.

Research and identify potential family or kin placement options via social media and community contacts.
Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution support.
Link families to community resources and services.
Promote stabilization and support long‑term placement success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Social Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, etc.).
Experience working with children, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and knowledge of child development and the child welfare system.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and valid auto insurance.
Successful completion of fingerprinting and background check in compliance with state/federal requirements.
