Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area What you’ll do
Be a Team Member:
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates; communicates effectively with team members; and remains flexible to work in other areas. Be an Expert:
Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonal needs; adheres to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; manages cold chain, inventory, equipment operation, maintenance and sanitation; understands product and layout execution. Be a Techie:
Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner:
Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchases; supports payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador:
Acts as a brand advocate; develops and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; helps identify and address roadblocks and training needs. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics; uses the Open Door Policy; applies these in executing business processes and practices.
