Job Summary Join the commercial vehicle licensing branch of our Commerce and Compliance Division. In this role you will evaluate program operations, research trends, develop recommendations, and perform program reviews to ensure compliance and quality of services.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, compile and analyze business needs and translate them into business processes.
Lead project teams by assigning duties and providing oversight.
Evaluate projects to ensure results meet intended goals and quality standards.
Coordinate reports and data requests.
Implement section initiatives and update internal/external websites.
Identify process issues, develop solutions, and conduct program reviews for regulatory compliance and service quality.
Prepare written summaries of research and analysis results.
Work in an office environment, including irregular hours during system outages.
Hybrid work options available up to 3 days per week after initial training.
Minimum Qualifications
Five years of experience equivalent to data or policy analysis support, or
Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, social sciences, finance, political science, or related field plus two years of professional evaluative, analytical, and planning work related to data or policy analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Strong critical thinking and program improvement skills with creative solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Foundational understanding of computer systems and ability to convey system changes.
