Framing & Drywall Foreman – Aguadilla, Puerto Rico The Framing & Drywall Foreman is responsible for the layout and construction of framing and drywall installations on large industrial projects. The foreman will oversee a crew of framing and drywall installers to ensure all work is completed within the scope of the project using the appropriate equipment and implementing the required safety practices in support of RQ’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
$20‑25ph, DOE, Comprehensive Benefit Package
Education & Experience
A high school diploma or GED is the preferred minimum formal education for this position.
Two or more years of work experience in a Framing/Drywall Foreman position (scheduling, ordering, field supervision, safety, and production) over framing/drywall trades on medium or large projects. Foreman experience in multiple trades (e.g., concrete, framing/drywall, earthwork, masonry, carpentry, and MEP trades) is a plus.
Five or more years (or equivalent) of field or trade work in construction (drywall preferred). Experience in the government, military, or large commercial construction is preferred.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) preferred. Training can be provided.
CPR, First Aid Certification required; OSHA 30‑hour Certification, EM‑385 and STS required; training can be provided.
Spanish‑English bilingual skills preferred.
