Customer Support Representative

to join the Restaurant Customer Support Team in Louisville, KY. Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Monday through Friday - First shift. Process Orders for Replacement Equipment with accurate lead times, ensuring supplier capability to meet delivery dates and project schedules. Determine accurate equipment selection with correct technical specifications. Resolve product, warranty, or service problems by clarifying the issue, identifying the cause, and expediting resolution. Respond to inbound calls regarding orders, order status, or invoice issues from customers. Reach out to suppliers to resolve tracking discrepancies or other problem resolution. Utilize reports and tools to monitor customer and supplier reporting and open orders for on-time delivery. Build and maintain proficiency in ERP, SharePoint, and Knowledge Management Systems. Meet customer service KPIs; support escalations and supplier issues; provide product technical information as needed. Provide back-up support to other duties in the customer support team over time. Pursue ongoing personal and professional development. Assume other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or sales support. Strong order entry skills and ability to use multiple systems to support a diverse portfolio of work. Prefer experience with restaurant equipment and supporting field/construction/development projects. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to multitask under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook. Seniority level
