Under the direction of the Chief Marketing and International Business Development Officer for the Florida Region, this dual role provides administrative and operational leadership across International & Emerging Markets and Marketing departments located in Florida. This includes oversight of cross‑functional projects, strategic initiative support, and operational efficiency efforts across both domestic and global markets. The role encompasses project management, process improvement, finance, administration, and data analytics, with the goal of enhancing departmental effectiveness and aligning with Cleveland Clinic's enterprise‑wide priorities.

A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Directs the organization and management of department operational and business activities.

Supports the application of CC operating procedures and communicates with management to ensure understanding and compliance with policies/procedures.

Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

Leads and coordinates cross‑departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.

Manages operational areas and identifies and drives continuous improvement opportunities in key areas including patient access, patient experience, service line cost management, quality management, employee engagement and other department functions that support overall performance.

Develops, monitors, and manages department operating budgets and financial activities, ensuring fiscal responsibility and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.

Provides data‑driven insights and advanced reporting through dashboards and analytical tools to support departmental strategy, leadership decisions, and operational performance.

Designs and implements reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including operational metrics, financial benchmarks and project outcomes.

Improves transparency and availability of information, including financial, operational and clinical analysis and reporting to Cleveland Clinic’s leadership and key stakeholders.

Develops strong understanding and co‑leads in the direction/monitoring of the revenue cycle for the department's professional billing and reimbursement and associated technical centers within department.

Oversees team development, including hiring, performance management, staff engagement, and role clarity within both departments.

Acts as liaison with enterprise‑wide departments (Finance, IT, Strategy, etc.) to support business and clinical operations.

Enhances transparency and communication by streamlining information‑sharing between Florida operations and international teams across hemispheres.

Promotes a culture of operational excellence and data‑informed decision making.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and six years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and five years of related experience.

Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree preferred.

Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary: $84,200.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $128,412.50

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).
