Be 18 or older A car, a license, and proof of insurance A kind heart and a strong sense of responsibility A background check and reference No experience? That’s okay. We’ll train you. Roles and Responsibilities
Comprehensive Support:
Help clients with daily living and independence Professional Friendship:
Build strong, healthy, respectful relationships Daily Living Assistance:
Support personal care and household needs Health and Wellness:
Join them at medical visits, encourage healthy habits, and support social connection To Join ABI Resources
High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of disability experience is great (but not required) Valid driver’s license and insurance Background check and personal or professional reference Must pass a drug screening Must be ready to make a real difference Where We Work

over 150 towns across Connecticut —from Bridgeport to Hartford, Waterbury to New London, Stamford to Manchester, and everywhere in between.
