About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This position involves a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse, including operating WMS and ERP systems, cycle count inventory, tracking inbound and outbound shipments of materials, building job kits, operating equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and performing physical labor. The successful candidate will also help with inventory management, recycling, and occasional hotshot deliveries.
What You’ll Do
Use ERP software to update work orders and transfer statuses.
Track the physical and systematic movement of RMAs.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments of batteries, inverters, and other materials. Record and track items using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Assemble job kits based on Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, including sorting, labeling, and storing materials efficiently.
Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies as needed.
Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials and equipment within the warehouse.
Unload pallets from semis and load pallets onto box trucks. Ensure that materials are handled with care and in a timely manner.
Lift between 50-70 lbs, and two lifts for anything exceeding 70 lbs. This requires physical stamina and attention to safety.
Manage the recycling of materials as needed, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and maintaining a clean workspace.
Occasionally perform onsite hotshot deliveries, driving to various locations to deliver materials on time.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.
What You’ll Bring
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50-70 lbs.
Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics preferred.
Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Comfortable with manual labor and working in a physically demanding environment.
Pay Pay range: $21/hr - $23/hr
RSUs: $1,000 annually (4‑year vest)
