Stay safe. ***This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel will likely be required.*** Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and approve personnel timesheets. Review PTO changes prior to submitting to PMO for final approval. Coordinate and initiate MASCAL exercises. Provide chart review standards and processes prior to submission to PMO. Develop evacuation plans and procedures for personnel. Set expectations for staff and conduct performance evaluations. Manage personnel accountability procedures and documentation. Oversee Medevac procedures and protocols. Report serious incidents, determining notification procedures. Manage vehicle access requests and maintenance. Ensure facility environment care and operational readiness of med lab equipment. Assist with meal hand-carrying for hospitalized patients, as directed by the CMO. Document care delivered and follow-up care for all healthcare providers. Manage daily activities and prioritize tasks. Participate in meetings and task forces to improve quality and outcomes. Use office software for email, calendars, and documentation. Comply with all applicable standards and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Current unrestricted licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from any state. Current national certification (e.g., NCCPA, AANP, ANCC). 3-5 years of experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. Leadership experience preferred. Current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and CPR. Desirable: recent completion of TCCC or advanced trauma courses. Emergency medicine experience is highly desirable. Participation in training, including HIPAA. Recent clinical patient care experience within the past year. Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods. Medical and dental fitness as per company guidelines. US citizen or permanent resident residing in the US for at least 3 of the past 5 years. Preferred Qualifications:

Current adjudicated DHS clearance. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Acuity International is an equal opportunity employer.
