Can you stand for extended periods and handle repetitive, physical work? Do you bring sharp hand–eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail? Are you comfortable with basic math and computers? Can you read and follow detailed instructions and work orders? Do you recognize part numbers and sizes and spot quality issues quickly? Do you hold (or want to earn) forklift or crane licenses? They’re a plus. Do you have basic English proficiency to read safety guidance, understand work orders, and communicate with your team—and follow verbal and written instructions in English? What you’ll do
Assemble components, perform testing, and move materials to keep production flowing Operate in welding, press room, and paint line areas as needed Follow detailed production instructions to safely produce quality parts Find and resolve defects; accurately count, label, and handle small parts Commit to all safety policies and procedures Shifts
