Build Merchant Intelligence & Enablement capabilities, including performance dashboards, actionable insights, predictive demand signals, and reporting that empowers both merchants and our partnerships team. Drive Attribution & Trust by developing reliable tracking, automated link validation, and incrementality models that prove merchants are achieving true ROI from the channel. Collaborate with partnerships, analytics, and design to ensure merchants experience the platform as a trusted, high-performance acquisition channel. Define clear metrics tied to incremental GMV, merchant ROI, and retention; prioritize initiatives based on their impact on merchant trust and long-term supply health. What We Look For

Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to influence and align with engineering, data science, partnerships, PMM and design. End-to-end product ownership: Track record of shipping complex products with measurable impact on revenue or growth. Autonomy: Comfortable driving initiatives independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
