Location: Huntsville, AL
Salary: $180,000.00 – $200,000.00 (range, 6 days ago)
Job Description The Program Manager will support the MACH TB 2.0 Program Director and oversee one of three pillars of the hypersonic testing program. The role involves program and portfolio operations, cost and schedule adherence, risk identification and management, and collaboration with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support the Deputy Director and Program Director with overall technical, cost, and schedule responsibility for program-related activities.
Provide leadership and direction across selected portfolio(s) of the program, including multiple subcontractors and vendors.
Focus on program requirements/milestones and monitor adherence to program budgets, plans, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Lead by example and champion program management best practices.
Assist in setting program priorities, resolve conflicts, and implement and execute stage gates and major milestone reviews with the customer.
Support proposal activities in support of on-contract growth.
Interface with stakeholders and government customers.
Execute integrated plans and business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
Ensure program planning and monitoring activities are in accordance with contractual obligations.
Support the development and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule and Integrated Master Plan.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, suppliers, stakeholders, peers, partners, management, and direct reports.
Manage, develop, and motivate cross‑functional team members and program support personnel.

Defining resources and schedule for implementation.
Detecting and resolving program issues.
Integrating program teams and resolving conflicts.
Performing team assessments and evaluations.
Developing and maintaining program‑related reports and documentation.
Identifying and implementing process improvement measures.
Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
Strong acumen with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
Education and Experience
BA/BS with 10 years of experience in Program Management.
May require up to 25% travel.
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and its application to contracts and flowdowns.
Experience with FFP, CPFF, IDIQ, & T&M contracts.
Experience with ITAR and EAR products.
Experience working with Teaming or Workshare Agreements.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Hypersonic flight systems, launch vehicles, or missile/rocket programs and testing.
Experience with MBSE and associated concepts and principles.
Experience working with partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices.
Interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
PMP Training & Certification or equivalent.
