Shift Availability: Flexible Availability.
Your Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly service.
Run the register and perform cashier duties.
Make purchase suggestions and work with the food program.
Lead shifts and gain entry‑level management experience.
Maintain store appearance inside and outside the store.
Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Attend shifts regularly and keep predictable onsite attendance.
Interact with many customers daily while working with an energetic team.
You Are Good At
Selling products to customers
Providing excellent customer care
Communicating and engaging in friendly conversation
Performing at a quick pace while having fun
Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
Coming up with solutions to problems
Thinking quickly and offering suggestions
Leading a team of employees
Entry‑level employee supervision
Great If You Have
Retail and customer service experience
Entry‑level management experience
Sales associate or cashiering experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Motivation to advance in your career
Willingness to learn and have fun
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift
Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder to retrieve materials
