Position Summary

Branch Builds is searching for an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized Project Manager to join our well-established, growing company. The Project Manager advises on all operational and management activities for their projects. This role works closely with project leadership and staff to ensure overall direction, completion, and financial success of assigned projects. The Project Manager oversees or participates in resource allocation to ensure safe, timely, and quality project delivery while meeting all project goals. They serve as the primary contact with owner's representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, and other departments, fostering exemplary business relationships. Duties/Responsibilities

Assist in managing, training, and mentoring the PE staff. Assist and advise on business functions including workforce management, contracting strategies, and financial management. Support preconstruction activities including design-build procurement. Assist in developing new business opportunities and fostering positive owner relationships. Act as authority on contracts between the Owner, GC, etc., and the Company to ensure effective project administration. Manage all aspects of the project's contract management, planning, scheduling, budget, quality, safety, and employee development. Ensure profit margins and manage all financial aspects of assigned projects. Collaborate on drafting and executing subcontracts and purchase orders in a timely manner. Review and approve monthly subcontractor pay requisitions. Develop and update project schedules in conjunction with the project staff. Duties/Responsibilities Cont.

Prepare monthly project financial projections and reports. Review payment requisitions, communicate changes, and report financial status monthly. Develop effective construction plans and schedules with the Superintendent to meet project goals. Adhere to contract terms, ensure quality, minimize costs, and promote safety. Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Education: Associate's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field. 5+ years of industry Project Management experience (excluding Project Engineer roles) on projects over $20M+. Experience with P6 scheduling software, MS Office, financial software, and project management tools. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing multiple site projects and leading project teams to successful outcomes. Preferred Qualifications/Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction or related field. Frequent field visits required, approximately 50% field and 50% office or as necessary. Supervisory Responsibility

Supervises 2-3 employees, following organizational policies and applicable laws. Physical Demands
