Provide one‑on‑one ABA services using evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Directly implement skill‑building and care plans as part of the clinical team. Collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with autism. Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations. Additional Information

Services will be provided in clients' homes or community‑based locations. All positions start part‑time. Required to complete the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course. 6‑month commitment to change clients' lives. Benefits if Experienced In
