As a Business Development Representative, you will help identify new business opportunities and drive growth for our sales organization, with opportunities for career development and advancement. Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to maintain a steady flow of high-quality meetings. Research prospective customers and industries to build targeted lead lists. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on outreach and lead qualification. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and prospects in the CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline. Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or in a similar role preferred. Experience in cybersecurity or a related industry is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. High level of resilience, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency with tools like LinkedIn, Outreach, and other prospecting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Compensation and Benefits
Wage ranges are based on factors including labor market, job type, and job level. On-target earnings for this position are expected to be $65,000 - $90,000 per year. Exact salary offers will depend on subject knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
