Yardi Analyst
to support, optimize, and manage their Yardi property management system. The ideal candidate will have experience with Yardi modules such as Voyager, Affordable Housing, or Commercial, and will work closely with stakeholders across IT, Accounting, Property Management, and Compliance teams to ensure the effective use of the platform. Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Yardi Voyager platform, including user access, permissions, and security roles. Configure and customize Yardi modules and workflows to meet business needs. Create and maintain reports using Yardi reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, SQL, or Crystal Reports). Assist with software upgrades, patches, and data migrations. Work with vendors or internal teams on system integrations (e.g., Procure to Pay, CRM tools). Collaborate with Accounting, Leasing, Operations, and Compliance to improve business processes through Yardi. Train and support users on Yardi system functionality and best practices. Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor data integrity and conduct audits to ensure system accuracy.
