Cordoba Corporation is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Program Manager to provide as‑needed advisory support for the business operations of its bond‑funded capital improvement program. This role offers expert guidance in fiscal planning, procurement strategy, contract review, and overall program administration. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in public sector capital program management and serve as a trusted resource for resolving complex administrative, contractual, and financial challenges. This position works in close coordination with the Chief Program Manager for Construction to ensure seamless and compliant program execution.
Responsibilities
Provide expert‑level advisory support for fiscal planning, procurement strategy, and contract administration.
Conduct back‑check reviews and offer specialized guidance on complex business operations.
Ensure compliance with District policies, state regulations, and industry best practices.
Assist in resolving administrative, contractual, and fiscal challenges during program implementation.
Collaborate with the Chief Program Manager for Construction to align business and construction operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in public sector capital program management, fiscal oversight, or procurement
Certified Construction Manager (CCM or CMAA) certification preferred
Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) certification preferred
Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification preferred
Salary Range: $190,000 to 230,000 per year
Location: Altadena, CA
Work Environment: Onsite
