Role
Lead groups of students through structured games based on the Elevo curriculum.
Engage students in visual/performing arts themes, dance, music, sports, games, and other activities.
Provide behavioral management support to students.
Collaborate seamlessly with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches.
Lead outdoor lessons designed to increase excitement about learning.
Serve as a positive role model to build students' self-esteem and emotional wellness.
About You
Experience working with elementary and/or middle school kids.
Confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance.
Can improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed.
Approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids.
Present yourself as a confident leader and positive role model.
Foster positive learning experiences and adjust activities to student needs.
Ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently within allocated timeframes.
Additional Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Complete and pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening.
Minimum of 2 years experience in dance, media arts, music, theatre, and visual arts.
1–2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child‑focused roles (preferred).
Must have reliable transportation.
Willing to follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school.
