Project Coordinator role at
Novartis . This is a temporary contractor opportunity. Responsibilities
Coordinate project construction, installation, qualification and operationalizaiton activities in line with the target completion dates of the project. Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to refine the list of activities scheduled and maintain the best possible granularity in the schedule. Ensure project activities are tracked towards completion and prepare progress reports. Engage various stakeholders on a routine basis to ensure they are in line with the activities planned and resolve inconsistencies (if any). Routine measurement of adherence to the schedule of activities by different teams. Escalation of potential issues that may arise from time to time during the execution of project activities and collaborate with the cross-functional teams towards resolution. Be the go-to person in case of requests to add / edit / delete project schedule of activities. Experience & qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 1-5 years of experience in relevant roles Experience with MS Project, MS Office Location
Indianapolis, IN (Onsite) Contract & Compensation
Contract: 6-month Base pay range: $34.71/hr - $34.71/hr Pay rate: $27.32 - $34.71/hr based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only) This range is provided by Novartis. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Benefits
