About The Role We’re looking for a

Procurement Data Analyst – Buyer

to join our growing

Corporate Procurement team

and help shape a smarter, more data-driven purchasing function.

In this role, you’ll use your analytical skills and purchasing experience to uncover insights, streamline processes, and help make better buying decisions across a variety of business units. You’ll be hands‑on with everything from issuing purchase orders and managing suppliers to analyzing data, building dashboards, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.

What You’ll Do Purchasing & Procurement Execution

Manage purchase orders across multiple divisions, ensuring timely confirmations, tracking, and on‑time deliveries.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, lead times, and contract terms.

Maintain accurate supplier records and assist with onboarding new vendors in the ERP system.

Support supplier consolidation efforts and help standardize purchasing processes across the organization.

Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and quality standards.

Data & Performance Analysis

Analyze purchasing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and streamline procurement operations.

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to visualize procurement performance.

Provide actionable insights for supplier performance reviews and leadership presentations.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to guide strategic sourcing and pricing decisions.

Track supplier KPIs to support data‑driven decision‑making and long‑term supplier management.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with the Director of Procurement, Category Managers, and Buyers on RFPs and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Work closely with finance, operations, and M&A teams to validate cost savings and support integration efforts.

Support the rollout of enterprise‑wide procurement initiatives—like contract standardization and vendor consolidation.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing analytics, or supply chain—ideally in a multi‑site or fast‑scaling environment.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus).

Skilled in vendor negotiation, contract management, and procurement best practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus: Experience centralizing procurement functions or working through mergers & acquisitions.
