Leadership Development Specialist (Greenfield/Northampton)
Action Pioneer Valley is hiring a Leadership Development Specialist.
Join our dynamic, collaborative and supportive team working with youth and young adults 14‑24.
Leadership Development Specialists facilitate trauma‑informed and strength‑based programming grounded in positive youth development to provide effective programming in Franklin and Hampshire Counties. Leadership development programming explores social constructs, works to build skills to effect change and provides opportunities for peer support and community building.
This role facilitates group programming related to healthy relationships and violence prevention and works with youth and adults experiencing houselessness. Work includes planning and implementation of events, group planning, preparation and facilitation, youth transportation and administrative support to build the capacity of programming.
Position is 37.5 hours per week. Salary range $19.99‑$21.21/hr, depending on experience.
