As a result of high demand and current expansions, our need for an Entry Level Business Development Associate has increased in the immediate area. Our team is looking for a dynamic, results-driven candidate to join our Business Development Department and be a part of a team that continuously raises the bar. We thrive on building lasting relationships, which is why we have trained our business development and customer service team to represent our clients with transparency and dependability.
The Entry Level Business Development Associate works closely on performance-driven consumer outreach campaigns, providing innovative and strategic ideas to help drive sales revenue for our paramount client accounts. The right candidate for the Entry Level Business Development Associate role can expect growth opportunities that reflect their unmatched work ethic and dedication.
Primary Entry Level Business Development Associate Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries in a positive and professional manner through effective product knowledge, customer engagement, and escalation as needed Assist in creating and implementing customer experience and consumer outreach campaigns to drive revenue and visibility for clients Direct sales and customer care with consumers who have shown signs of interest Communicating ideas and problem-solving effectively in a fast-paced environment Providing thoughtful solutions to inquiries and easing client and customer concerns Monitoring personal feedback as a customer service representative and working towards continuous improvement in your scores Working efficiently with a team as well as on your own, in order to reach a goal Attending quarterly training and networking events Continually learn about new products, industry trends, and skills
Qualities of an Entry Level Business Development Associate Candidate:
Experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment Desire to assist a company grow and develop career goals within the team A self-driven, motivated personality The ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve Goal-oriented with the ability to plan and execute Professional, Dedication, and Reliability
