We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to drive our business development effort for Hydraulic and Instrumentation tubes. In this role, you will develop market segments and build customer relationships across the USA & Canada, helping customers be their best and working toward better solutions. Alleima offers an independent and developing role with opportunities to challenge yourself and your team, in an international company with a diverse and innovative culture. Travel is a natural part of this role, and Alleima offers a hybrid work schedule to promote work-life balance. Role Description
Establish Alleima as the preferred provider of high quality tube within key energy segments (Oil & Gas, renewables, LNG, CNG, Hydrogen). Collaborate with Account Manager and the Technical Marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth. Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors, OEMs, and end-users to gain preference for Alleima solutions. Serve as a trusted partner to existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow and enhance current business. Identify, qualify and quantify new business opportunities. Prospect and onboard new customers, expanding Alleima’s market presence. Provide tailored commercial and technical solutions, while negotiating contracts and agreements. Participate actively in daily decision-making processes involving quotes, projects, and agreements, alongside the sales organization. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to anticipate customer needs and opportunities. Travel: 75% Your profile
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum) or Business Administration. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales. Comprehensive understanding of the Energy sector, including fluid systems and instrumentation applications in offshore, refining, chemical processing, or related fields. Proven experience in developing supply agreements and negotiating contracts. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
