We are looking for a/an Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our FE_WIBU team in United States.

Responsibilities

Place shipping paperwork (BOL, Packing List, Commercial Invoice)

Help to order pick. Load and unload trucks and log shipments in the shipping ERP system

Check and verify incoming raw materials and outgoing product quantity; inform logistics / QC if any issue

Match supplier invoices against product received and verify that the price and quantity are correct. Send processed invoices to procurement department for approval

Once orders have shipped, fulfill shipments in Visual. Provide shipping paperwork to Order Entry for invoicing

Lift work piece manually, by forklift or by dolly, and ensure the positions and secures against guides and stops

Maintain a clean work area, including equipment, work supplies and materials

Comply with Federal, State, and local occupational safety, environmental, health and safety and air pollution control regulations including machine safety and safe lifting procedures with all ergonomics safety precautions recommended by ESH specialist/Machine manufacturer

Adhere to Sulzer safety standards of facility and actively participate in the company’s Safe Behavioral Program & Take 5

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

3-5 years’ experience in a Shipper/Receiver role within a warehousing or similar environment

Desired:

High School Degree or GED

Clean and valid Class 5 driver’s license

Understand and follow oral and written instructions

Forklift license is considered an asset

Basic computer skills

Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy

Ability to read and interpret production and sales orders

Experience in safe use, storage and disposal of metal parts/wheels/cables & cleaning the work area

Experienced in using power and hand tools

Meticulous and detail oriented

Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted

Able to work independently

Highly self-motivated
