We’ve spent 70 years equipping North American metal‑cutting manufacturers with advanced machining solutions—from stand‑alone CNCs to multi‑process cells and robotic automation. With independent offices providing local market focus, we’re committed to optimizing throughput and quality at the lowest per‑part cost. This role is associated with our Brentwood, Tennessee office and supports customers throughout Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama; the right person may also work remotely within those states.

What You’ll Own

Coordinate responses to service and information requests by working across Sales, builders, Service Operations, Technical Support, and Field Service Engineers.

Oversee the deployment calendar and all scheduling for Field Service Engineers; step in with direct on‑site support when needed.

Review and approve service reports and invoicing details to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Drive financial KPIs, grow the service business, and ensure strong customer satisfaction metrics.

Commercialize, approve, and renew Ellison Service Agreements (ESAs).

Leverage Field Service Engineer capacity and resources to meet demand and timelines.

Essential Duties

Partner with Sales and customers to promote service offerings and expand service revenue.

Schedule, lead, train, and manage direct reports—primarily Field Service Engineers.

Conduct performance reviews, provide career‑path guidance, and handle coaching and corrective actions as needed.

Coordinate with Engineering to track and schedule critical‑path activities for installations.

Manage open call log tracking and ensure timely customer follow‑up.

Track open service logs to maintain on‑time project execution.

Commercialize, approve, and renew all ESAs.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Demonstrated business acumen and service leadership experience.

Background leading in a CNC service environment is beneficial.

Strong CNC technical foundation with 5+ years in machine tool field service.

Associate‑level (2‑year) technical degree preferred.

Working knowledge of Fanuc and other CNC controls on Ellison‑represented or legacy equipment is a plus.
