Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Operations Lead located in New York, NY. At Chick‑fil‑A Fulton Street, Operations Leads are responsible for managing the restaurant operations. Operations include the production, or flow of food, and the throughput, or flow of the guest. To provide a remarkable experience for our guests, our Operations Leads must manage the team and their responsibilities in a way which yields Operational Excellence. Operations Leads will be expected to not only uphold our standards at Chick‑fil‑A, but ensure the team does the same. At Chick‑fil‑A Fulton Street, we aim to be the world’s quickest Chick‑fil‑A by redefining what fast feels like. To achieve this goal, all our people and processes need to be operating in sync. Responsibilities include:

Ensures all Chick-fil‑A operating standards are being met.

Ensures all food is craveable for our guests. We should be making food safe and following all Chick-fil‑A procedures. Our food should maintain taste and temperature standards!

Leads should be maintaining fast and accurate service. We strive to redefine what fast feels like! This sense of urgency should be driven by our Operations Leads.

Create a welcoming environment for each guest. Our restaurant should be a place which feels like home for all – and that starts with our people.

Ensures that Team Members are maintaining cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant.

Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds registers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.

Addresses & deescalates guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.

Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all Team Members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

Communicates and holds Team Members accountable for their performance and any policy/procedure violations.

Strictly adheres and enforces all Company policies and procedures and consistently.

Qualifications

Leadership and Team Management skills

Operational Excellence and Attention to Detail

Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

Experience in Inventory Management and Scheduling

Understanding of Food Safety and Quality StandardsExperience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Ability to motivate and develop team members
