Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, including technicians and custodial workers, to ensure efficient and effective operations

Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that facilities are well‑maintained, compliant with regulations, and operate at peak efficiency

Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to ensure that maintenance work meets established standards and that issues are promptly addressed

Collaborate with other departments, senior management, and stakeholders to understand their facility needs and communicate maintenance updates and plans

Oversee the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance, and store functions within Honeywell

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance engineering

Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment

Proven leadership and management skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Experience with budget management
