We are seeking highly detail-oriented

Quality Control (QC) Inspectors

to join our team for both

day and night shifts . The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet company and industry quality standards through rigorous inspections, documentation, and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

visual, dimensional, and functional inspections

on incoming, in-process, and finished products.

Verify conformance with

ASME, ISO, and company-specific quality standards .

Conduct basic

weld inspections under supervision of CWI , material verification, and other quality-related checks.

Review and interpret

drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications .

Document and report

non-conformities , deviations, and corrective actions.

Work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Utilize

measuring tools

such as calipers, micrometers, gauges.

Maintain accurate

inspection records and reports .

Participate in

root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

with QA team.

Ensure adherence to

safety and company procedures .

Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

Minimum

2-5 years

in Quality Control, preferably in

manufacturing, fabrication, or ASME-regulated environments .



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent;

technical certifications

in QC, welding, or manufacturing are a plus.



Knowledge of Standards:

Familiarity with

ASME, ISO, API, or equivalent

quality standards.



Technical Skills:

Ability to read

blueprints, P&IDs, and engineering documents .



Tools & Equipment:

Experience using

calipers, micrometers,



Attention to Detail:

Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills .



Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Flexibility:

Willingness to work

night shifts/weekends , if required.



Certifications ():

AWS-CWI, ASNT Level II, or similar QA/QC certifications.
