As Banquet Manager, you will lead the banquet operations, motivate and develop the banquet team, and create memorable events for our guests. Manage banquet operations and develop event spaces, marketing plans, and objectives. Coordinate banquet operations with other hotel departments (Catering, Culinary, Housekeeping, stewarding, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience. Coach and counsel employees to reflect brand service standards and procedures. Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality. Implement procedures to increase guest and associate satisfaction. Exercise quality control for both Food and Beverage. Maintain standards of service and ensure their implementation. Maintain and execute schedules for the banquet team. What We Need From You
2-5 years of progressive hotel Food & Beverage experience, 2 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds. Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills. High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communication, and ability to improve the bottom line. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS platforms. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. Experience implementing new F&B concepts. Detail-oriented and effective communication skills. What We Offer
Compensation range: $87,000–$89,000 DOE plus annual incentive plan.
