Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, elicit, document and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency, develop and recommend solutions, and create process models and workflows. Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams and other stakeholders; support project planning, conduct gap analysis, assess feasibility, and assist UAT. Analyze data, develop and deliver reports, dashboards and presentations to inform decision‑making, while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, facilitate workshops, meetings and presentations, and provide regular status updates to project teams and senior leadership. About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on complex projects and cross‑functional teams. Experience in the insurance, risk management, or financial services industry is a plus. CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, very nice to have. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, gap analysis, SWOT analysis). Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
