Hill International is seeking a Project Manager II in Big Creek, California Responsibilities

Manage and ramp up activities for multiple Big Creek projects with responsibility for results in terms of scope, costs, and schedule. Direct involvement in tasks necessary for successful project execution. Identify problems and solutions. Collaborate to establish project objectives, timelines, risk analysis, milestones, deliverables and budgets. Resolve issues and ensure task completion by establishing priorities and resolving conflicts with team members and functional managers. Understand project management core concepts and demonstrate interest in learning the organization's processes. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across external agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Be self-driven and well-organized, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Commit to the organization's core values: safety, respect, integrity, excellence, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Seven or more years of project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Microsoft Project. Primavera P6 and SAP experience required. Experience in the utility industry preferred. Background in construction management preferred. Exposure to environmental and permitting processes preferred. Hybrid work schedule; required to go to Big Creek twice a week. Salary & Benefits

Salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicant's qualifications, education, experience, and work location.
