TS Position Overview and Primary Duties

Red Peak Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq LLC, has a future opportunity for a Program Manager I in Blackstone, VA. The PM I will ensure delivery of all performance under the contract and subordinate task orders. The role involves supervising Site Managers, DPM, Recruiter, Program Financial Analyst, and contractor PMO, ensuring quality recruiting, hiring, personnel management, and support of all personnel under the contract. Locations include SA-11, FASTC, SA-7, other USG facilities, and contractor offices as required. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award. A signed letter of intent may be required. If awarded, a new posting will be available on the Company Careers portal. Serve as the focal point for all contractor functions related to contract performance. Interact weekly with Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative, and Government Technical Monitors to ensure performance levels. Supervise strategies to mitigate risk and maintain operations as per contract requirements. Advise on the technical scope of the contract. Oversee human resource objectives including recruiting, onboarding, development, and discipline. Manage compensation, policies, and procedures. Ensure timely reporting, staffing, and contract requirements implementation. Manage planning, scheduling, and organization of contractor personnel. Coordinate professional development for personnel. Oversee delivery, invoicing, and fiscal functions. Address contractor personnel behaviors to uphold the Department of State's reputation. Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Security Administration-related field. At least 15 years of professional experience, including 5 managing large government programs. Minimum 2 years as a senior program manager overseeing government contracts. 5+ years in leadership/supervisory roles, handling Diversity, HR, and EEO issues in government settings. Top Secret security clearance. Experience managing contracts over $10 million and teams of 50+ personnel. Knowledge of Department of State policies, security operations at US Embassies and Consulates, and government program management. Experience in adult education for security professionals.
