The Client Relations Coordinator ensures that every client and visitor to Thomas, Fisher & Edwards, P.A. experiences exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail by serving as both the first point of contact and a bridge between clients, attorneys, third‑party advisors, and the community. This position is essential to delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the daily operations of the firm’s Greenville and Spartanburg offices.

This position is ideal for a resourceful, relationship‑driven professional who enjoys client interaction and collaborative work in a professional services environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, including scheduling, follow‑ups, and service coordination.

Coordinate logistics for client meetings and special events, including reservations, catering, presentation materials, and hospitality details.

Coordinate networking events, community functions, and professional gatherings in the Spartanburg area to build relationships and increase brand visibility locally.

Maintain ongoing client touchpoints to support relationship‑building and retention.

Internal Support & Coordination:

Prepare materials and manage logistics for internal meetings and firmwide events.

Oversee client‑facing hospitality areas to ensure a consistent, professional office space.

Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, kitchen snacks, and client hospitality items.

Track administrative reporting needs, maintain organized firm records, and support attorney requests as needed.

Liaise with building management and vendors regarding facilities and maintenance needs.

Event & Coordination Support:

Assist with the coordination of Spartanburg‑based meetings, trainings, and client functions, including scheduling, logistics, and on‑site setup.

Coordinate occasional local client education or appreciation events as directed by firm leadership.

Manage the Spartanburg office’s events and client appointment calendar to ensure attendance, promotion and follow‑up.

Provide occasional administrative support related to firm events, such as preparing materials, confirming attendance, forwarding event contacts or sharing Spartanburg community updates for social media or newsletters.

Maintain updated lists of referral partners, professional associations, and community organizations for outreach and invitations.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Initiative‑driven, creativity, and attention to detail.

Proven ability to represent a brand or business in external settings with poise and confidence.

Experience in client service, hospitality, marketing, or event coordination preferred.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as the Spartanburg office grows.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

Training and Onboarding:

Our employees participate in a structured onboarding process that includes training on office procedures, workflow, and practice areas. Our training period is designed to provide you appropriate support and help you grow into your responsibilities with confidence and clarity, while also allowing both you and our team the opportunity to confirm that the role and work environment are the right fit for everyone involved. Training and onboarding will take place primarily in our Greenville office during the first three to six months. As the Spartanburg office opens, the role will begin supporting both offices, spending part of the week in each location, eventually transitioning to working full‑time in Spartanburg.
