Meet annual order targets across business lines and accurately forecast monthly performance. Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners to generate qualified sales opportunities. Identify and develop new business through networking, lead generation, and CRM engagement. Provide accurate job estimates and quotations aligned with company margin standards. Execute structured customer engagement plans and maintain detailed CRM records. Act as a customer advocate and ensure responsive communication across the organization. Produce customer testimonials and gather regular Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback. Support marketing efforts, including campaign planning and participation in key trade shows. Prepare timely business expense reports and supporting documentation. Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings experience in engineering, operations, or consulting, and is either a degreed Electrical Engineer with at least two years of experience or has five years of hands-on work in the controls field with a strong understanding of control systems, industry application methods including software, networking, and PLCs.
