Identify and implement EVM process & procedure updates and improvements. Review, analysis and corrective action assessment on common cost / schedule management for Operations SOW and management. Extensive experience with Production Operations including Touch Labor, MES, Standards and Shop floor activities/tools. Facilitate common approaches and tools across sector for Cost and Schedule management for Production IPT. Facilitate and lead process improvement projects, implement improvement initiative, and develop mechanisms to audit improved processes. Assist in the identification and documentation of risks, issues, and opportunities relative to the Operations IPT. Assesses program issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals and objectives. Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered expert in field within the organization. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex tasks. Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings. Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives. Serves as consultant to management for the organization on major matters pertaining Operations Cost Management. Basic Qualifications for the Level 2
Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in Business Management, Cost Management, Production Operations, Finance planning and analysis, and/or industry related fields. MS Office experience including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to support onsite daily in Palmdale, CA. Active DoD Secret clearance and special program access prior to start within a reasonable amount of time as deemed by the program. Basic Qualifications for the Level 3
Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in Business Management, Cost Management, Production Operations, Finance planning and analysis, and/or industry related fields. MS Office experience including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Familiarity with EVMS (Earned Value Management). Ability to support onsite daily in Palmdale, CA. Active DoD Secret clearance and special program access prior to start within a reasonable amount of time as deemed by the program. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management). Advanced Excel including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting. 3 years’ experience with SAP S4, and COBRA. Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range: $73,900.00 – $110,900.00. Secondary Level Salary Range: $91,200.00 – $136,800.00. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
