Flemish Speaking Customer Service Specialist – Bulgaria
Mercier Consultancy invites you to join our team in Bulgaria in a hybrid work model. In this role you will deliver outstanding support to Flemish‑speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing product knowledge, and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Flemish via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with product‑related questions and service issues.
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
Provide guidance and support for product usage to enhance the customer experience.
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about our services and products.
Requirements
Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
A positive and proactive approach to customer support.
Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
