What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP projects
Oversee and guide merger and acquisition processes, ensuring best practices are adopted
Develop and present project plans to stakeholders, including CXO-level executives
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and clients
Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP implementation and rollout
Proven experience managing at least 3 implementation projects from start to finish
Experience with merger and acquisition processes
Strong presentation skills, particularly to CXO-level stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a technology consulting environment
Familiarity with ERP best practices and methodologies
Ability to effectively build and manage project plans
Previous experience working in a diverse workforce setting
