Be a coach: Mentor and support team members effectively. Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations efficiently and uphold high standards. Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional service and a welcoming environment. The role requires someone who: Is personable and able to support, assist, and coach store associates. Follows all store policies and procedures, and adheres to directives from management. Meets or exceeds sales and performance goals. Can handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), moving around, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders. Has reliable transportation. Is at least 18 years old.
