Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
Personnel management
Interview and provide support to the hiring of manufacturing personnel
Onboard manufacturing personnel per the training matrix and new hire checklist
Manage and develop production leads
Assign production personnel to jobs
Manage training of manufacturing personnel for ongoing production for manufacturing procedures
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and processes; maintain company quality standards
Balance and submit personnel timecards
Provide supervision, performance reviews, and mentoring/disciplinary action for all direct reports
Line management
Oversee manufacturing areas to ensure quality and delivery objectives are met in a cost‑effective manner
Manage equipment setups and line start setups
Remove rejects from the line and submit to sustaining engineering as appropriate
Request support from manufacturing engineering as required
Support NCR creation when necessary
Ensure that targets for productivity are maintained
Review and submit Lot History Records associated with products built for production
Continuous improvements
Identify and support continuous improvement projects to improve operations with regards to quality, efficiency, and delivery
Generate data and prepare KPIs that monitor operational efficiency in key areas of Quality, Safety, Attendance, Productivity, and Scrap
Ensure strict adherence to safety requirements
Perform other duties as requested
What We’re Looking For
A proven leader that can embrace and promote change in a dynamic environment
Demonstrates ability to lead and manage a diverse group and knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Understanding metrics and practices related to operational labor and material
BS degree, business, technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years or more in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
Supervisory experience
