What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage project teams of up to six people to ensure successful delivery

Ensure client objectives and requirements are met within budget and scope

Communicate project status, risks, issues, and timeline updates to stakeholders

Identify and help resolve roadblocks, issues, and risks, developing mitigation plans as necessary

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress against predefined milestones

What is Required (Qualifications)

1-2 years of proven track record of execution in a fast-moving environment

Experience leading projects in database development, cloud migrations, and data analytics

Excellent written and oral communication skills with good escalation instincts

Proficiency in PM tools such as Jira, Trello, Smartsheets, and Google Docs

BA/BS degree required; advanced degree and PMP or CSM certification are a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a consulting environment or client-facing role

Familiarity with data engineering and analytics technology, including Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Looker, and Fivetran

Detail-oriented with the ability to see the larger picture

Self-motivated with a bias towards action and resolution

Experience managing a project team in a technology or engineering environment
