Overview
GME Admin – Full Time – Day Shift (8-5) at Lexington Medical Center. The Graduate Medical Education Program Manager collaborates with Residency/Fellowship Program Directors in maintaining program/institutional accreditation and is responsible for operational and financial management of GME program(s). Responsibilities
Manages all components of ACGME accreditation, including self-studies, site visits, special reviews, and documentation for GMEC approval. Oversees HR functions for residents (employment requirements, visas when applicable, leaves, payroll) and provides guidance with verifications, loan forbearance, notarization, etc. Plans and manages resident recruitment activities (screening, interview logistics, rank order documentation, certification of rank list). Manages curriculum administrative functions (mapping core competencies, milestones, evaluations; faculty and rotation evaluations; proctoring in-training exams; orientation; conferences and didactics; documentation in ADS with data on procedures, visits, scholarly activity). Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor e2 0s Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of Program Management and/or GME Experience Substitutable Education & Experience options as listed: Associates e2 0Degree + 4 years, 3 years of GME Experience; High School Diploma + 7 years; 4 years of GME Experience; OR successful completion of the LMC Fellowship Required Certifications/Licensure: Active TAGME certification (or must achieve within 3 years) Required Training: Willing to attend Lexington Medical Center Transition to Leadership Program within 6 months Essential Functions: Includes data management, recruitment, scheduling, finances, policy development, and supervision of staff as needed Benefits
