Overview
Relocation to Madison, WI is required; Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.
As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll monitor operational metrics and provide analysis to support the financial success of healthcare organizations. You will own customer relationships, lead discussions with and influence healthcare executives, and identify financial risks with strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills. You will apply numerical analysis to revenue cycle risk factors to impact transformation in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
Monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful financial analysis to healthcare organizations.
Own customer relationships early and lead discussions with healthcare executives to impact decision making.
Identify potential financial risks and clearly convey these risks to customers.
Apply numerical analysis to revenue cycle risk factors to support transformation of the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success
Work experience in finance-related field is preferred
Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL
Ability to assess accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts
Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses and form conclusions
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
