Position Highlights Belmont Capital Advisors — a premier retirement planning firm known for its educational dinner workshops, radio programs, and television segments — is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to support our marketing and advisor teams. This role is ideal for a confident, outgoing communicator who enjoys meeting new people, creating exceptional first impressions, and helping potential clients take the next step toward financial clarity.
You will represent the firm at dinner workshops 2–3 evenings per week, greeting guests, facilitating sign‑in, and coordinating appointment scheduling after the presentation. Between events, you’ll assist with client follow‑up calls, inbound radio/TV leads, and other marketing projects as needed by the Marketing Manager.
·Serve as on‑site event host during educational/dinner workshops: welcome attendees, assist with check‑in, distribute materials, and guide guests to seating.
·Collect and organize completed evaluation forms and appointment requests following advisor presentations.
·Prequalify prospects for upcoming events, workshops, and meetings.
·Contact attendees post‑event to confirm appointments or schedule consultations with advisors.
·Make professional outbound calls to follow up on inbound leads from radio and television programs.
·Coordinate event logistics with the Marketing Manager (restaurant confirmations, guest counts, materials).
·Maintain accurate records in the firm’s CRM and marketing databases (Wealthbox preferred).
·Provide an energetic, polished presence consistent with Belmont Capital’s boutique, high‑touch brand.
· Assist the team with marketing projects/campaigns, as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required · 2+ years of sales & marketing experience in a Client Services environment required.
· Proven ability to confidently engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone to generate interest and schedule meetings.
· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong phone etiquette and ability to convert warm leads into scheduled appointments, qualify/pre‑screen leads, and drive new business opportunities.
· Prior experience in hospitality, event hosting, sales, or client service preferred.
· Must be self‑motivated with a good work ethic and have demonstrated the discipline to work independently and take initiative.
· Insurance & Financial background a plus; specifically, in annuities, life insurance & managed money.
· Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
· Ability to excel in a competitive, team‑oriented environment.
· Problem‑solving skills, resourceful and effective in making decisions.
· Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings (typically 2–3 per week).
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Wealthbox experience a plus).
