This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Property Manager located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Regional Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, manage a team of on-site staff, and ensure tenant satisfaction within their portfolio. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and enforcing standardized property management practices. The role also involves monitoring leasing performance, implementing cost-control initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day property operations within the portfolio. Manage a team of on-site staff and ensure tenant satisfaction. Develop and manage budgets and financial reporting. Coordinate vendors and maintenance, enforcing standardized property management practices. Monitor leasing performance and implement cost-control initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Qualifications

Property management expertise, including leasing operations, tenant relations, and team leadership. Budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control skills to optimize portfolio performance. Vendor and maintenance coordination, along with troubleshooting skills to ensure efficient operations. Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and adherence to industry best practices. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with commercial and residential property management is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous. Proficiency in property management software Appfolio. Seniority level
