Preferably a master’s degree in engineering with specialization in Production At least 5 years of production experience 3-5 years of team management Proficient level of English, Spanish is a plus Knowledge / Skills

Operational knowledge of production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM…) Strong sense of teamwork Strong communication skills Proven track record in upholding safety and quality standards Seniority level
