We’re seeking a
Tenant Services Coordinator or Administrator
to join our Property Management & Construction Services team. This position plays a vital role in the daily operation of our properties — serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and building staff, while supporting the General Manager or Property Manager with administrative and project tasks.
Base pay range:
$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

This opportunity has
three levels
based on experience and responsibility:
Tenant Services Coordinator .
What You’ll Do Customer Service & Tenant Relations
Act as the first point of contact for tenants and vendors, delivering excellent service and communication.
Manage requests for information, service, and access in a timely and professional manner.
Support tenant move‑ins and move‑outs, fire drills, floor warden programs, and tenant events.
Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate tenant and vendor records, certificates of insurance, and service requests.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments — ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with accounts receivable including tenant billing, late fees, and aged receivables reporting.
Oversee vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and building inspections.
Office Support & Event Coordination
Manage office supplies, equipment, and mail distribution.
Help organize building programming, community events, and tenant appreciation activities.
Create and distribute communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of administrative or customer service experience (property management experience preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Yardi experience a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
A team‑player attitude with the ability to take initiative and follow through.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
Bonus: Notary license and event planning experience are a plus!
